I think you might have a great jurisdictional hurdle to get over if you chose that path, also it will take a tremendous amount of study on your part unless you are already familiar with title 42. But I have the on point 2 and 3 seminar books if you want them. I would prefer you get them from the Rochester Law Library. If they don't have any copies then I will get them to you some how once I know you have checked with Mike. You might want to study "Quo Warranto" Pretty powerful tool that can be used against a municipality. I have a way you can get assistance from top legal law firms in all states for an extremely reasonable cost. If this person is not familiar with the process he/she better not try to use it, or stay out of a situation whch could call for incarceration. There are a few of us @ r/law that have properly used this writ and believe me it works like a shot only because all parties using it were very versed in the working of the writ. I cannot emphasize strongly enough the importance of the study of the law and understanding Our Status. We @ r/law have been very blessed with our guidance into our studies and are a leading research and study group in the united states. There is a lot of tried and true remedies in the materials offered in the archives of r/law. I say tried and true because several of us went through the fires to perfect them.
