Any one old enogh to remember “Question Authority”? What ever happen to that? Why are people so complacent to accept what they believe to be authority over them? We hear often, “The Creator is only for the weak!” Well when you think about how insignificant you really are you will then discover that you are weak and need the Creator. It goes back to the garden where Satan told Eve, “You shall be as gods!” When you start reviewing how law is going, you will soon see that the best thing to do is “question authority.” Man’s authority that is. There is no reason to question the Creator’s authority because He gives you every thing you need to survive. Including the faith to believe on Him! There is reson however to question man’s authority because when you do not question it it becomes tyrannical when always accepted.

Winning vs Losing
Saturday, February 27th, 2010The difficult time in determining when you are “winning” or “losing” is partially how the outcome turns out. When something gets dismissed, expunged, retracted, ect… we see that as a win. For the most part that is true, but what about the cases where someone gets thrown in jail or fined. I am talking about someone that doesn’t just piss off the judge or administrator they are talking to by telling them how stupid they are and how smart he or she is. If you are thrown in jail after you have completely stayed in honor, then you have become a political prisoner and the laws governing that should be looked into. Only when you have stayed in honr and have stayed out of their personum jurisdiction should you use a habeas corpus. Sometimes it may work, but in most cases it will be descretionary. When you are not in their personum jurisdiction, a hebeas or any other great writ is not descretionary. It must isue!
