I am looking for Right Way Laws material (or any ones elses too) that deals with Title 42 lawsuits,, I have several Constitutional Rights that have been broken by a NJ municipility and I need to learn more about Title 42. I was a member of Right Way Law and I remember that they had some study material, I understand that Rodchester Law now has most of their study material.
Any help is greatly appreciated

I don’t know why you would want to learn more about title 42. I think you might have a great jurisdictional hurdle to get over if you chose that path, also it will take a tremendous amount of study on your part unless you are already familiar with title 42. But I have the on point 2 and 3 seminar books if you want them. I would prefer you get them from the Rochester Law Library. If they don’t have any copies then I will get them to you some how once I know you have checked with Mike.
You might want to study “Quo Warranto” Pretty powerful tool that can be used against a municipality.
