Tutoring can only be apply for if you are a VIP member and if you fill out the tutor form. No exceptions will take place. We will not respond to an email that requests help. There is a reason for this procedure and it must be followed exactly or no tutor can take place. If you are a VIP member and apply for tutoring with one of our teachers or students who are local members, we have some additional qualifications; Your VIP membership donation only allows you to be able to apply for tutoring. After you secure your membership and fill out the tutor form as mentioned above, we will process and consider your request for tutoring. If you are not a VIP member, please do not apply for tutoring. You must also understand that you will be placed in order of people that are already being processed or tutored. Your contact will mostly be through email so having access to the internet will be useful. We reserve the right to turn down anyone who does not follow instructions. You must read the following first and then fill out the form provided for tutoring here or at the end of this page. Do not fill out the form without reading below!

1) You must be a VIP member of Rochester L.A.W. at the time of tutoring. (This doesn't mean that your membership donation pays for tutoring. It just makes you an eligible student);

2) You must fill out the required tutor form;

3) You are required to have an initial interview with your teacher, usually the first 30 minutes are free;

4) You must agree and sign a private agreement for tutoring when and if required by you teacher who will make it available to you before tutoring;

5) You must not and cannot abuse the phone time with your tutor. Be aware that a 30 minute session means 30 minutes as other tutored people will be calling and to be on-time unless your tutor sets something up with you for extended tutoring;

6) You will be required to pay a tuition fee adjusted by the teacher for each 30 minute session at a certain amount determined by your teacher and agreed upon by you per tutor session.

IT IS REQUIRED TO FILL OUT THE APPLICATION BELOW!

After you are accepted you will recieve a private agreement which must be signed and mailed in hand along with your first tutor fee before any tutoring takes place. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! We highly recommend that you have your local, state and federal rules of court. Your donation for membership does not cover tuition or materials provided but will be used to help further educate.

Please take notice that we view the tutoring sessions like attending a college course or online course. You have sessions that you will be given different things to learn and or study. If you do not make the effort to learn what is taught, you will probably fail. We recommend you tape each session for your reference. Please keep the tape private unless otherwise agreed to. Our teachers are on a "first come - first serve" basis. The membership donation does not cover tutoring nor does it guarantee that you will be accepted for tutoring. Our membership fee to VIP members places you in a private club that offers tutoring made available to its VIP members.

We are not attorney's, therefore, we do NOT give legal advise nor do we hold ourselves out to be attorney's or lawyers. We do not practice law, write legal documents or prepare papers for you. If you require legal advise please seek out a competent attorney or lawyer. Any type of sample documents, papers or study materials you receive are for study or educational purposes and not to be used or passed out. Part of your agreement for tutoring is that you will not use any of the information as legal advice.

We can not nor will not guarantee you will learn enough to help yourself in life, court or other matters. All we can do is teach the law and truth and point you in the right direction to find your way, and guide you to stay in honor. It is your responsibility for any consequences you bring on yourself. If you can agree to the above any any other restrictions that a teacher might give you, then you may fill out our form for an initial appointment. If you are having difficulties with sending the form, print it out and send to RLAW care of 40 Rose Cir. Hamlin, New York, 14464. WE WILL NOT respond to emails that are asking for help outside of the restrictions set out above or any other emails that do not come in on the form provided. If you receive no response, it will be because you did not follow the simple directions above. You must put in the subject line, "need a tutor from RLAW" after the requirements are met above. Your tutor will get back to you after he or she knows you have made a donation and have become a VIP member. Our goal is to teach you to learn how to help yourself. If you do not hear from us its probably because you did not follow the steps layed out above.
